About Me:
My name is Anna Van Den Bogart. I enjoy helping people connect with their mental health. I have 3 children, a cat, and a gecko that all keep me busy. When I have a minute to myself a blast some Taylor Swift, while I color or play video games. I am working towards my master’s degree in psychology with an emphasize on clinical mental health counseling. I am motivated by proving people wrong. I struggled with my own mental health that I have worked on for many years. I have learned that it is okay to not be okay at times.
